User Acceptance of Terms
The user by browsing and using the services provided via the site hosted on https://mrwright.sg
agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by Samlo Design Group Pte Ltd (UEN: 199603307N), henceforth referred to as the "Company".
Terms of our Service Request
I. The term of this Service Request (Henceforth referred to as the “Term”) will begin on the date of the Service Request and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of the Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Service Request. The "Contractor" in this section refers to Mr Wright.
II. The Contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to repair the Client’s premises subject to the availability of any parts required and/or the terms of any relevant guarantee or warranty.
III. In the event that either Party wishes to terminate this Service Request prior to the completion of the Services, the Party will be required to provide 10 days written notice to the other Party.
IV. The Client will be invoiced when the Services are completed.
V. Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due for payment within 30 days of receipt.
VI. Late payment will be subjected to a 2% late fee charge every 30 days after the due date.
VII. In the event that this Service Request is terminated by the Client prior to completion of the Services, but where the Services have been partially performed, the Contractor reserve the right to charge 100% of the fee to the Client. Refunds are subjected to our refund policies.Currency
VIII. All monetary amounts referred to in this Agreement are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
IX. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Contractor against all losses, damages, liabilities, penalties or expenses of any kind, which may arise of any act of the Contractor.
