Refund
Change your mind? No worries! We will be able to refund your monies to your credit cards or bank account within 10 working days provided the following conditions are met:
  1. If partial service is rendered, the amount of refund will be subjected to Mr Wright’s evaluation of the labour and material cost incurred.
  2. No cost incurred by Mr Wright which includes material, labour and transport. Such costs may be deducted from the charged amount prior to refund.
  3. Our transport charges are as follows: up to $100 per trip from 9am - 6pm, up to $200 per trip from 6pm - 12 midnight.
Cancellations
A service ticket may be cancelled by Mr Wright if:

      1.  The quotation is not accepted by the customer within 72 hours after the quotation is emailed out
      2.  There is amendment to the original quotation for addition or reduction of service requests. 
Payment
We want to be good paymasters to our partners and we love that you share our vision too. Full payment must be received within 30 days after the service is rendered.In the event that payment is not received by the due date as stated in the respective invoice issued by Mr Wright, you shall pay Mr Wright interest on the outstanding amount at the rate of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
